Last year was another record year for C3 and with that success comes continued growth of our team. In just the last few months we’ve welcomed three new members to the C3 family. Together, they bring more experience and capability that makes us even stronger. Here is a quick introduction to each of them and if you bump into them – whether onsite or virtually – please be sure to say hello!
Christy joins us as C3’s Director of Professional Services. And while technically, she’s new to the team, she’s not new to C3! Christy has been long-time client, partner, and overall advocate for many years and we finally brought her onboard full time. Christy brings extensive experience building and managing both support and project teams and will be central to our continued growth. You’ll learn more about Christy – including her perfect day and guilty pleasures – in an upcoming employee profile. Stay tuned!
Darren joins the C3 team as part of its support desk; he’ll be the first point of contact for engineering and administrative requests as well as escalations from the support team. Whether Darren handles your request himself, or escalates it to the appropriate professional services team member, you can be sure that at he has you covered. Darren is a graduate of George Mason University and has many years of both IT and customer service experience.
Rob is our newest member and will support many of our on-site clients as well as assist with remote work and projects. Rob brings a tremendous dedication to supporting clients and is already bringing value to the team. “I’m really glad to be part of the C3 team – its going to be a great opportunity to focus on work I really enjoy, assisting the team with client projects to help them achieve their goals. I’ll get to be onsite with clients occasionally, and its always great to get to know them better.”
