It’s here! Nothing says Spring like Opening Day of the baseball season. Sun is out, the smell of popcorn and beer in the air, every team is undefeated and in good health. With a little luck and maybe a surprise or two (read: ridiculous career year) from a couple of key players … maybe, just maybe … this will be your team’s year.
So how do you stay up on all the baseball season action? Naturally, you want to make sure your calendar is clear so you can watch or listen at or desk, or even escape to the ballpark. More importantly, you want to sure you’ve blocked out your special afternoon game so no one drops in a project review call thwarting your escape plans. There’s a solution for that.
Just add your favorite team’s schedule to your Office 365 Outlook calendar. Its fast and easy, and now you’ll know in advance if your spouse’s dinner plans conflict with your team’s grudge match against [insert rival here]. Ready to root for your favorite team? Let’s get those games blocked on your calendar now!
First, open Office 365 in your web browser.
Go to Calendar
Select “Interesting Calendars”
On the right sidebar, you’ll get a list of calendars you can choose from. Select “sports”
Select your favorite team, “Boston Red Sox” (unless, you know, you root for someone else)
There! You’re good to go. Have a great season everyone and see you in time for the World Series!
