C3 has been growing quickly, and admittedly we’ve had to play a little catch-up on our new employee profiles! Morgan Montague has been working as an integral part of the sales team for a few months, bringing in so many great new clients to the C3 family. She’s a proud University of Virginia graduate and brings lots of great experience from her time with Monumental Sports and Entertainment, which allowed her to work with the Washington Capitals (Go CAPS!) and the Washington Wizards. We recently had her knock back a few cups of coffee and tell us a little more about what makes her tick…
What do you like best about your job? I love getting to know and help so many different people. I am a bit of a chatterbox, so I truly enjoy being able to have conversations with folks across many different industries.
What does your perfect day look like? My perfect day at work would start with copious amounts of coffee and end with all of my clients’ business goals being met! I love hearing about how happy people are after the completion of their projects with C3.
My perfect day off would be spent hanging out in a mountain lodge with my entire extended family and my two black labs- and of course an endless amount of really good coffee.
What has been your biggest accomplishment so far? I consider my biggest accomplishment so far to be keeping up with the ins and outs of licensing. I do not come from a technical background but am proud to say that with great training and a lot of help from my awesome coworkers and leadership at C3, I’ve been able to learn quickly and can now help my clients do the same.
What’s your guilty pleasure? Binge reading! When I get my hands on a new mystery novel, I’ll ignore all my household chores until I’ve finished reading it.
What’s your philosophy toward work? My philosophy towards work, and everything really, is that you are only as good as you treat people. My goal is that people leave every meeting with me feeling better than they did when they walked or dialed into that meeting.
What are you good at? Cricut crafting! Such an addicting hobby.
What do you hate to do? Laundry. It never ends!
What’s your fondest memory from childhood? In 2nd grade, my dad was deployed so the whole family moved to my grandparents’ farm in Washington for a year to be closer to where his aircraft carrier would come to port. All of my cousins lived nearby and they and my grandparents from both sides would visit whenever my dad was back in town. I will never forget those amazing times spent with my entire family in the most beautiful place!
